  • Grow.

We use LED lights and a small amount of soil to grow a dense amount of each variety. All we give the plant from there is water and love. The plants quickly sprout and fill out a tray!

  • Harvest.

Between 10-14 days after each tray is started, the baby plants are ready to harvest. They are packed with more nutrients, minerals and antioxidants then the vegetable harvested from the plant.

  • ENJOY!

There’s so many ways to enjoy micro greens! Our favorites are on an egg sandwich, in a bowl of soup or in a smoothie! Experiment with all meals.
